The stay was quite pleasant overall. The room was cozy with a stylish roll-top bath, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The highlight for me was definitely the homemade ice cream—they really outdid themselves! While there were no major issues, it would have been great to have a bit more privacy in the bathroom area.

Delicious traditional meals elevated this stay, particularly breakfast crafted with fresh ingredients. The Duplex Suite was impressively clean and featured comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night. Though the location is charming, noise from surrounding areas occasionally interrupted our peacefulness, and a few extra amenities could enhance the overall comfort. Staff were consistently welcoming and made every effort to ensure we were well taken care of.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We dined out and enjoyed the local Bear Inn. The breakfasts here are to die for. The staff were super friendly, and we made the most of the outdoor area when the sun came out. Definitely recommend parking across the road. it's free and easy!
One small downside was that my room lacked body wash in the shower. It would've made things a bit more comfortable.

Comfortable bed made for restful nights.
Unfortunately, there was no body wash in the shower. This made my bathing experience less enjoyable. the traffic noise was quite distracting, making it difficult to relax and fully appreciate the stay.

Couples looking for a nice escape will find it here
I gotta say the food was very nice I mean not just your average meals but honest to God delicious dishes from local sources that were just out of this world and the care from the staff was unreal like being treated like family from the moment we walked in to the second we left like we were VIPs and that made everything feel special.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but honestly worth every penny for the experience we got.

great food but room could be improved
The venison and beef dishes I enjoyed exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping was impeccable, respecting our privacy while providing assistance when required.
While the room was comfortable, the lack of a bath may not appeal to everyone.
